Rules & Regulations:
Please bring your attention to our rules and regulations for the benefit and safety of both gymnasts and coaches at the club these must always be followed.
- All gymnasts must be registered and hold membership with British Gymnastics (BG).
- All gymnasts must register at the beginning of each class with a coach.
- All gymnasts must wear leotards.
- All gymnasts with long hair must have it neatly tied back away from the eyes, a bun is recommended.
- All gymnasts must be fit and well to attend classes.
- Fees must be paid on the 1st of every month – fees paid for non-attendance will not be refunded. Fees can be paid online with the gymnast’s name as reference. Gymnasts will not be permitted to attend a class if fees are not paid on the 1st of every month.
- 4 weeks notice is required for cancellation of membership.
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the coach in writing of any medical issues, conditions and any changes to these during their membership at Dynamix.
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify the club if any email, postal address or telephone contact number so that contact can be made in an emergency.
- If a gymnasts misses more than 4 weeks of classes without notification, the club will presume they no longer want to attend and their membership will be cancelled.
- Gymnasts must not leave the gym unless given permission by their coach.
- Gymnasts must not enter the gym unless there is a coach present.
- Gymnasts must be collected by an adult (18 years or over).
- British Gymnastics operates a strict no jewellery policy.
- The club operates a drop and go system however, we do have a small waiting area. Please do not leave until your child has been registered. Take care in the car park as it will be busy on drop off and pick up.

- Please arrive early for your class, if you are more than 5 minutes late participation will not be allowed.
Gymnasts & Members Rules:
- Participate within the rules and respect coaches, judges, and their decisions.
- Respect fellow club members and those from other clubs.
- Keep to agreed timings for training sessions and competitions, advise your coach if you will be late.
- Wear suitable attire, keep long hair tied back, remove all jewellery.
- Treat all equipment with respect.
- Inform your coach of any illness or injury before the warmup.
- Do not eat or chew gum during a session.
- Do not use bad or offensive language.
- Remain with a coach at the end of the session until collected by a parent or guardian (over the age of 18).
Parents are asked to remember:
- Children participate in this sport for their benefit not yours.
- To encourage children to participate, do not force them.
- To focus on the child’s efforts and performance rather than winning or losing.
- Children learn best by example.
- To respect coaches and officials decisions and children to do likewise.
- To show appreciation for volunteers, coaches, officials and administrators – without them we wouldn’t have a fantastic club.
- Criticism of other people’s children/coaches can be upsetting to all, please refrain from doing so.
- Any problems regarding your child please speak in the first instance directly to the appropriate coach.
- Encourage, don’t criticise.
- In case of absence, a message can be sent to the Head Coach by text, voicemail or email before the start of the training session.
